About our Neighborhood
Woodland View Park 1
has a very active neighborhood association. Our purpose is to improve, protect and maintain the quality of our neighborhood.
Annual dues are only $45/year and the money is used for maintaining and mowing the grass area between Memorial and the neighborhood wall.
Funds are also used to maintain the plants, lights and flag at the entry way at 58th & Memorial and other WVP1 needs that may arise.
Without your support this upkeep cannot be done and property values WILL be affected.
